Custom cake order requests should be made 2 or more weeks in advance. All treat order requests should be made at least 1 week in advance. If you would like to place an order but your event is in less time than listed above, feel free to still make a request! We will accommodate if we can. The best way to guarantee getting your order for the date that you want, is by placing your order earlier rather than later. Please keep in mind that any inspiration photos you send us are just that- inspiration! These photos are used to get a visual idea. We like to put our own creative spin on all of our work, so we do not recreate or copy anyone else's work.
All prices are listed on our menu, as well as on the treat menu. If you see something that says "starting price", that means you'll pay at least that price. Your price may increase depending on a variety of things: how you'd like your cake/ treats decorated, how many guests you need to feed, and even how far in advance you inquire about your order. Once we have all of the details to make your day special, we can give you a quote. If you don't see "starting price" on the menu, then that's the final price and there's no need for a quote.
Once you've received your quote, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of at least 50% is due to secure your spot. Please note that even if you've received a quote, your order isn't officially placed until your deposit is paid. Losing your requested date and/or time is a definite possibility.
Once you've paid your deposit, your final payment will be due 3-5 days before your event. Feel free to pay it before then.
During these uncertain times, it's very possible that your party/ event will be canceled or rescheduled. In the case that you have paid your deposit and/ or remaining balance and you must cancel or reschedule your order, you will not receive a refund. In some cases, your payment may be credited towards your future cake or treat order (of equal value) in 3 months or less.
Please be sure to arrive ON TIME to pick up your order. There MAY be a $20 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. Please also be aware that due to other pick up and delivery orders, your pickup time may have to be rescheduled if you’re late.
A call or text message when you are 5 mins away is greatly appreciated but not necessary.
When picking up your treats during warm weather months, please arrive with the air conditioner in your car running, if possible. All orders, cakes especially need to have plenty of room to sit on the floor of your car. This is the flattest and safest place for them to help avoid damage. NO ONE should be holding a cake during transit, nor should a cake be sitting on the seat of your car. Once your cake and/or treats are in your possession, I am no longer responsible for them. Please drive carefully and be kind to your desserts. Keep them cool or cold until time to serve.
When you've arrived, please stay in your car and let us know. We will bring your order to the front passenger side of your car. Please be sure to WEAR YOUR MASK.
We do offer delivery for up to 30 minutes away from our location. Our delivery fee starts at $15 and may increase based on your location and what is being delivered. Delivery is not always available, but when it is, it must be scheduled in advance at the time that your cake order is placed. In most cases, we cannot offer delivery at the last minute.
While social distancing is being implemented, we will not be able to bring your cake or treats inside. You must come out to where we are parked to get your order. Please be sure to WEAR YOUR MASK.
During certain curfews and shut downs, we are not offering delivery to Philadelphia past 3 pm at this time.
We now offer shipping for select items! Contact us with an order inquiry to learn more about which items will ship best based on the location you'd like to ship to.
Fully decorated cakes and cheesecakes cannot be shipped, there are no exceptions.
Please be aware that when you choose to have your treats shipped, you're taking a risk. Although we package and pack your order as neatly and tightly as we can to help avoid damage, we are NOT responsible for any damage that may take place when your order is handed over to the postal service.
